Livingfacts retains the intellectual property rights in this survey, that comply with South African intellectual property laws. The user acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including any trademarks or copyright in the content of this service, are owned either by Livingfacts or Nutshell. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any of the intellectual property of Livingfacts or Nutshell except as otherwise provided for on this site. Questions or any Material shall not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way.

All survey data will be collected for statistical purposes and will only be reported on at a group level and not an individual level unless you have given your consent to this.
Termination
You may terminate this service at any time by exiting the survey you are completing

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without reference to conflict of law principles and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Waiver of Right
Any failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver thereof or of any other provision.
